Appointments
One of the benefits of a comprehensive treatment plan (as described under NEW PATIENTS) is that it allows us to schedule your treatment in the most efficient manner - customized for you!

If you should need to change a scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice so that we do not have to apply a broken appointment fee.

Insurance and Payment Options
We're proud to offer several options to best suit your needs.

  1. A 5% "courtesy" reduction in your fee for services over $1000 if paid in full in
    advance of treatment.
  2. Payment by the appointment - this allows you to spread out the payments in
    accordance with your treatment plan.
  3. Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express, and Debit cards accepted.
  4. Our financing partner, Care Credit, offers longer term
    solutions:
    • 12-24 months interest free financing
    • Extended term financing at competitive rates for even lower monthly payments

Insurance
For your convenience, we will file claims and accept assignment of benefits from your insurance company. This does require that we have all of your insurance information and payments arrangements for the balance.
Please remember...

  • Your contract is between you and the insurance company. We are only a third party assisting you.
  • We will estimate your coverage based on the information we have. Keep in mind, this is an estimate.
  • It is the patient's responsibility to pay any balance not paid by the insurance company within 60 days.
  • We are a participating provider with Cigna, Delta Dental and United Healthcare. We also work with all insurance companies that allow you to choose your own dentist.
